SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the Internet.

Privacy Policy :

Valenciaclo.com respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the SSL Software. WE NEVER SEE YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, we only see your shipping address and name, and your payment is captured by Shopify Payments.

Sales Tax :

A sales tax of 7.5% is charged to all orders placed within California.

Returns/Exchanges :

Due to the nature of our garments, we do not provide returns or exchanges. Please double check the sizing before placing an order.

Shipping :

Garments are typically sent out within 1-3 days after ordering. Shipping times range between 3-6 days. Please double check the spelling of the address before placing an order as we are unable to make changes after the garment is shipped.
